WARRANTY COVERAGE:
This limited warranty covers defects in the used engine or transmission for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original buyer and is non-transferable.

 

 

WHAT IS COVERED:

  • This warranty covers only the engine block and internal components, including but not limited to the cylinder head(s), pistons, camshaft, and crankshaft.

 

 

WHAT IS NOT COVERED:

  • Labor & Shipping: This warranty does not cover labor charges, or any shipping costs.

 

  • Incidental or Consequential Damages: The warranty does not cover any damages caused to other components of the vehicle due to engine failure, nor any loss of use, towing, or transportation costs.

 

  • Improper Installation or Maintenance: Failures caused by improper installation, lack of proper maintenance, or neglect (such as failure to maintain proper fluid levels or use of improper oil or coolant) are not covered.

 

  • Modifications or Misuse: The warranty is void if the engine is modified, misused, or used in a racing or off-road application.

 

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear on engine components, including seals, gaskets, hoses, belts, and timing chains, are not covered.

 

  • Overheating or Over-revving: Failures caused by overheating, over-revving, or operating the engine outside of manufacturer-recommended specifications are excluded from coverage.

 

 

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS:
In the event of an engine or transmission defect within the warranty period, the purchaser must:

  • Notify us immediately upon discovery of the issue.
  • Provide proof of purchase and evidence of proper installation and maintenance (e.g., service records).
